On entering Italdent you are met with a very calm and professional atmosphere. The receptionist immediately recognised me and alerted the dentist. There was no time wasted. Nancy took me through to the dentist, Lorenzo. I was sat down in the chair and he asked how the temporary filling was. His first job was to removed the temporary filling and then surround the tooth cavity. He thoroughly cleaned everything and preceded to fill the hole with a dentist cement which hardens when fluorescent light is shone on it. This is a totally new procedure. It is fast, simple and effective. He checked the new tooth for meshing with the teeth above. The whole process took under an hour. I felt no pain. This was done without anaesthetic. I booked a hygiene appointment with Biji and was a little nervous because my previous hygiene appointment at another dentist had been quite painful. However, Biji was so gentle that the whole appointment was completely pain-free. She was also really friendly and made me feel at ease throughout. I especially appreciated how much time she took to explain everything and provide helpful advice and guidance - it was genuinely valuable. I've already booked my next appointment. When I told friends I was having root canal work and a crown everyone said oh painful but I must say I didn't feel a thing. Kat was amazing she explained everything step by step asking if I was OK and reassuring me, the numbing gel meant I didn't feel the injection. The whole process took a number of week to complete and it was so easy to book appointments and thank you to Dora for all her help.Posted on Google
daryl morley28 June 2026When meeting the Italdent team I was at a very low point in my life, having spent over 25 years being let down by private dentists who just wanted your money and I still had to remove my dentures to eat, also looking ill from losing so much weight. Thank god we found Italdent and the wonderful team, my only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner. I’ve only been with them for 7mths but how my life has changed, I can eat and smile again. From meeting Dora on reception who straight away makes you feel at ease, such a lovely lady. Then Lorenzo my dental surgeon who had a big job, removing teeth and 6 implants. He’s truly a professional and a wonderful guy who put me at ease, thank you. Now Fabio, he’s my dental technician and the most caring, supportive man you will ever meet. He’s made me the best dentures ever and they look like real teeth, he truly is my “Hero”. robert stainer28 May 2026FANTASTIC AMAZING PAIN FREE.what a great dental surgery...im a 66 year old man not been to a dentist for 15 years as terrified...had a loose crown so plucked up the courage to drive and see them a few weeks ago.was met by a lovely lady called Dora she was so kind and reassuring she said if I wait 5 minutes a lovely dentist called Lorenzo would see me and have a chat.what lovely understanding man he cemented the crown back in in 5 minutes. We had a chat and I've been back and had 2 white fillings on my 2 front chipped teeth...no pain at all even the injections didn't hurt.ive had a front tooth broken off at gum level for 10 years Lorenzo said why not have an implant..went yesterday had root extracted and implant base screwed in at the same time..did not feel a thing.its next day now no pain no swelling...looking forwards to getting my smile back...without doubt Italdent with amazing freindly staff is the place to go .first class infact..thankyou Dora for all your help and delicious coffee I drive to the practice now with a smile on my face...regards a very thankfull Robert..Posted on Google
Carol Sim21 May 2026I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. After a terrifying experience elsewhere, I had a real phobia of any dental treatment, and hadn't been to a dentist for 6 yrs, by which time my teeth were very sensitive, and i had convinced myself they would all need to come out. I was totally stressed. But then somebody recommended Italdent, as the perfect place for nervous patients. The first appointment was free, just to build my confidence by discussing my bad experience & fears, so they knew what I was dealing with, also to have a very basic check up to get used to having a couple of instruments in my mouth, knowing the drill was not coming anywhere near me! But also, being reassured enough to book for a proper check up with Xrays etc and formulate a treatment plan. Since then, I have had check ups, fillings and hygienist treatment, initially being numbed up to give me the confidence that there would be no pain, and now, I am happy just with numbing gel, which i would never have believed, but i now trust them that it will be ok. The whole team, including the lovely receptionist are very welcoming, and show full understanding of the challenges faced by those with a phobia, and even offer therapy for extreme cases. I no longer feel embarrassed in the slightest, and don't dread the appointment day approaching, or tremble as I walk through the door. Highly recommended. ☆☆☆☆☆Posted on Google

I have waited until now to give a review because it made sense to wear the denture for a while to assess it's comfort, durability, etc. I can now say that the product is excellent in every way. Dr. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The cyst removal took about 40 minutes, was not painful at all, and the recovery went exactly as smoothly as he explained before the procedure. During the procedure, he carefully described every step he was taking and made sure I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. I also can’t not mention the absolutely great service from Dora. She was so kind and patient with me, especially when I had doubts before the procedure. She was very professional and confident over the phone, and she and her team helped me find the right lab for testing after my mucocele was removed. Dr Kat has been amazing with my complicated dental needs, always working for perfection in a dental caring and encouraging manner. Dr Lorenzo came in specially when Dr Kat was away and he treated my emergency before my hospital Orthopaedic unrelated surgery. Well what can I say about Dora !!! The most efficient kindest practice manager you could wish to meet. I FaceTimed timed her on a Sunday and she arranged urgent care for me prior to my unrelated orthopaedic surgery first thing on Monday a.m She even contacted Kat and Dr Lorenzo Sunday eve arranging early Monday am appointment. The difference I've found here is the way that they take the time to understand what you want and need to get the best results. They assess your teeth, explain what options are possible, and what's involved with each option - time, cost, etc. Then it's up to you to choose. There's no judgement, no persuasion to go one way or another, and you get a sense that they really care that you should get the best possible treatment, whatever that means in your terms. After years of dental horrors I’ve been very reluctant to go to the dentists and am so glad that I found ItalDent. Fantastic dentist, Fabio and his team explain everything to you right down to how long it will take and how much it will cost. You are looked after with 5 star treatment and as Fabio makes everything himself you don’t have to wait weeks for it to be sent away etc. Best dentist I have been too. Definitely recommend.

I can’t recommend this dentist practice highly enough. 8 years ago, I was dentist phobic, had a pair of dentures that had been ill fitted and no longer smiled. Kat and Fabio immediately put me at ease, firstly through there friendly approach, and understanding of my jitters, but also it became clear, there knowledge and professionalism i could trust. Now 8 years on I smile. The team has grown, everyone is friendly and I will not go anywhere else. Cost options have always been given to me, so I can decide the best way forward for me. I’m 68, I really wish ItalDent had come along many years ago !!!

I was a very nervous patient . I’m so please that I did go to them. Nothing was too much trouble they listened to my concerns patiently and offered a range of solutions. Fabio and Kat take such pride in there work, I was 100% satisfied with them, the receptionist always has a smile when you come in and you are put at great ease by all the staff. Fabio and his team are not only highly professional but also incredibly patient and kind. I cannot recommend Italdent highly enough to anyone who has any dental requirement but particularly if you are apprehensive or have complex issues. I had a problem with an implant that was moving slightly and wanting to get it seen as quickly as possible, I called ITALDENT whom I had been to some years previously.
Dora took my first call and promised to try and see what they could do for me and in no time at all I was booked in the next day.
I was looked after initially by Fabio who talked me through what he was going to do step by step to check out my loose implant. Next step I went for some important hygiene work with Kat before she put the crown back on. She then explained some key cleaning procedure I should follow.
All I can say is right throughout this visit, everything was explained clearly in detail, very professionally in a very friendly calm environment. Highly recommend!

In March of this year I hadn’t seen a dentist since I was a child. A very nervous, very anxious patient wary of dentists growing up overseas when dental work was predominantly cosmetic and unnecessary. Months later I have had my teeth correct and am wearing dentures due to the amazing team at ItalDent, Fab, Kat, Dora and everybody else whose name I have forgotten (sorry guys and gals).

Had my first venture out into the big wide world after lockdown – to the dentist.
I was in the middle of a course of dental treatment when lockdown struck, so I was truly grateful to be able to get it finished.
I would like to say thank you to Kat and nurse at ItalDent for their customary care and patience (I’m of an age where the thought of going to the dentist used to put me in a spin) and for the extraordinarily thorough anti COVID-19 measures the practice has adopted to make sure everyone is safe.

After my visit to Mr Bevilacqua yesterday my teeth are remarkably more comfortable, and port chops, with or without Mediterranean vegetables, are on the menu again. Thank you very much for your care and skill.

Came to dentist today , had the best treatment I could have received and the hygiene was brilliant.
I have been to three private dentist and this is the one I chosen to have my treatment done. Very friendly and professional. Fabio spent a lot of time explaining & showing me different option. This has been the only dentist that has given me a shoe covers and gloves to wear , they have taken all precaution against Covid-19.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the team at Italdent and to say how very happy I am with my implant retained dentures.
Having been unhappy with the fit and appearance of my original dentures for some years, I decided to do some research and found Italdent. Fabio and Kat carefully explained the whole process of having implant retained dentures from the initial consultation to the final fitting. I cannot stress enough how professional and caring they were. I was totally at ease throughout the whole process and it was a pleasure to see them and the team at every visit (how many people can say that about seeing their dentist?). They are so easy to talk to, very genuine and it feels like they are now friends.
The attention to detail was amazing and the premises and equipment are immaculate, the cleanest I’ve seen. I was given advice and offered a choice on the final appearance. Kat was fantastic, she put in the implants and her professionalism and calming manner made the experience pain free and I was totally relaxed throughout. The dentures which Fabio made are perfect, he is an expert in his field and his attention to detail shows in the final results. He is so easy to talk to, you can explain exactly what you want and he listens carefully.
I can now enjoy my food again and have confidence that my dentures won’t let me down. What a difference they have made to my daily life, I should have visited Italdent years ago, if you are looking for a dentist I can confidently recommend Italdent….you won’t be disappointed.

Fabio Bevilacqua and his team at Italdent offer that rare combination of unrivalled professionalism coupled with a caring and friendly delivery.
Looking for a new practice I was initially impressed by the obvious cleanliness and modern fit of the surgery as depicted on his website. But having made the decision to visit, it quickly became apparent as to why his practice is special.
I have never known such thorough and meticulous attention to detail. It was clear from the very start that Fabio’s enthusiasm for his craft is focused solely on ensuring that the end result would be exactly what I wanted, clearly anything less would warrant failure in his eyes. All options were explored, and every detail was explained to me in detail and at no time did I feel any pressure to go ahead. Once a plan had been agreed a detailed quotation was provided for me to consider, and I can report at the end of the treatment cycle there were no hidden extras.
The treatment decided upon was to extract what remaining teeth I had and replace them with dentures supported by implants. As you can imagine, this was initially a worrying prospect, but the team supported me all the way, providing just the right amount of information to fully understand the process, and therefore make an informed decision to proceed.
The entire treatment program was spread over 12 months, but Fabio was very aware of the need to carry on life in the meantime. Considerable care was taken to ensure that I was never left without dentures at all stages of the treatment, and any issues with pain were dealt with immediately and efficiently.
And finally the finished result; I have dentures that I can eat anything with and a new found smile that brings a fresh confidence to life. They are comfortable, and of course rock solid; fixatives are consigned to history. These dentures have to be as close as technology will allow to what nature intended.
Fabio and his team are consistently friendly and welcoming, attending his surgery is more akin to visiting a member of your family. Italdent is indeed a very special practice, and perhaps rarely in this day and age, a practice that can be completely trusted.
Fabio is one of the kindest, most patient people you could wish to meet.
The treatment is second-to-none. He’s extremely professional and yet so easy to talk to. Equally, his staff are superb.
