Your first appointment will be for us to get to know each other and to discuss the types of treatments available to you. We get to consider the various treatments plans for you to achieve the smile you want.
Having recently moved to the Loddon Business Centre in Roentgen Road, we have made significant investments in the most up-to-date equipment and materials. As a new premises our practice is fully compliant to the latest health and safety criteria.

Nervous about visiting the dentist?
We understand - you’re not alone in being nervous. We simply ask one thing of you - come in and see us!
For our anxious and wary patients, your first meeting will be with Fabio. He will listen to your concerns about both dental treatment and dentists in general. No treatment or inspection will need to be carried out during your first meeting - just a coffee and a chat.
We can talk about the types of treatments available, visit the dental surgery, view the equipment and meet the clinicians themselves. For many patients we recommend you bring someone you trust with you to hear the treatment plan. Again, if you remain uncomfortable we can simply arrange another meeting. We want you to be as relaxed as possible and fully understand the processes.
We the have the option of sedation for those patients who remain extremely uncomfortable - simply talk to us first before making any decisions.

We are here to help you keep your teeth as healthy as possible for modern life. We see patients of all ages for general and family dentistry and offer a comprehensive range of services in a welcoming environment. Our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring all patients are happy with their teeth and smiles.
You can have a tea or coffee in our waiting room and look at our brochures and magazines before your treatment. We limit the number of patients we treat in a day, so you will be seen on time and in a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere.
We appreciate life can occasionally get in the way of your dental appointment, so would appreciate up to 48 hours’ notice if an appointment cannot be kept. We have an answering machine to take messages when the clinic is closed.
What to expect from your first appointment
We start the appointment with an Italian Coffee (or a cup of tea if you prefer) with the owner, Fabio Bevilacqua.

Your new patient appointment lasts 20-45 minutes, so we have time to get acquainted and discuss your treatment needs.

We limit the number of patients we treat each day, so you can be seen on time for your appointment in a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere.

We'll give you a form to fill in for your medical history and a smile analysis. You can then indicate any areas that concern you about your teeth and smile.

You will be welcomed into the treatment room where your dentist will take time to discuss your oral health with you and answer any questions.

We will take a number of photographs of your teeth and smile, then if x-ray pictures are required we will take those too.

Your dentist will provide a thorough assessment of your teeth and gums to establish your dental condition.

We will explain our findings and recommendations to you, enabling you to make an informed decision about your treatment options.

We will then draw up a treatment plan together with you, considering your health, cosmetic and financial needs.

A treatment plan detailing your chosen treatment and costs will be written up and sent to you in advance of any treatment.

We guarantee this quote will not change throughout your treatment, so you can rest assured there are no hidden financial costs.

Our Welcome Team will arrange any further treatment appointments with you or will send you a reminder to arrange your 6-month dentist and hygienist reviews.
